how can i fix psp error 80020148?

i have a psp 1000.
i downloaded the game criminal girls(torrent file).
it is a 7z file.i extracted it by winrar.
an iso file was created.
i added it 2 my psp.
my psp is showing the game icon in the memory stick.
but when i started it it shows'game could not be started(80020148)
please help
