because it can go in tehre so why not?

Yes! Absolutely! The Wii and Gamecube mats are exactly the same--and you can also play the gamecube DDR games on the Wii using either the Wii or Gamecube dancemats--or both at the same time as you can plug in 4 at a time so 4 players can play simultaneously.

It should work. The gamecube games are for Wii too.
