I do remember some gameplay, and the picture on the cartridge.
The picture was blue, and it had a couple of half sphere see through things on top of mechanical looking cones.
The first level (I think) was kind of gradius in style. You were in this space ship thing, and the screen automatically scrolled forcing you right. Then, once you beat the level, a little astronaut guy got out and you continued on foot through the next level, which was more in the style of Metroid. I don't think I really ever got past that. Maybe the entire thing was just one level. I remember the level selection had several of those cone/sphere things in it. Or I think it did.

The whole thing took place in space -> Not Blaster Master, sorry.
I remember shooting space butterflies. And once you went into the... cone/glass thing, to get out you killed these orange power spheres and then hopped into a little spaceship, I think. And I think that was the first level, I don't remember how the rest went.
I think those cone/glass things were called forts or something?
