I want to get rid of my wii but of course it didn't come dirt cheap so i didn't want to just give it away, i also have some games to go with it
Do they pay you for giving it in?

Yes they do, you can either sell your Wii and games to them or trade them in.
If you trade them in you'll get more money but you will only be able to spend that money in Game.

You won't get that much for the Wii because some places are selling second hand ones for £50 and the shop has to make a profit.
As for the games, it all depends on what games they are and what condition they are in.

Your best bet is to put an advert in a newspaper and sell it privately, you'll get more money doing it that way.
Where I live, they have the Ad Trader and it's free to put an ad in that's under £100.

Look on Amazon and ebay to get an idea of how much you could sell your Wii and games for, then put an ad in.
