It is cigg. It is pronounced like cig in ciggarette. Plz help.He says it like "i get biz with the cigg" anGot a brand news cig (and or in ) That old thirty eight".

Probably cigarette. I don't know but listen to the song and when he says cigg put in the word cigarette and see if it makes since.

maybe its not cig. maybe its SIG as in the weapon. who knows.
