i need help because my ps3 online acount dos not have billing and no matter wat i do i cant seem to get one every other account i make has one but the account i use has all my trophies and i dont think theres a way to transfer funds what can i do, HELP i have other accounts with billing but i dont no how to make them master accounts for my account
