Oh yes, very normal - guitar hero would only stiffen up your hand and wrist, though. ^.^

It is is if you're out of shape! You're just using muscles that you don't use very much. Keep playing and the soreness will go away.

Yes it is normal. the first time I played Wii Sports, my shoulder was also sore. Try putting a heating pad on it. It helped me a lot. here's a tip: don't play for longer than 30 min. at a time.

Only if you are an eagle or other bird.
It is probably pretty common to be sore, though. Repetitive movements of any kind that your body isn't used to can make you sore. |

Absolutely YES!! It's good for you to feel the 'burn'. You've accomplished something!! Aerobics do the same thing!!! I love playing any Wii game!! Finally, interactive TV games, AND burning calories!! PLUS, a WORKOUT!! Play on.

My right arm was sore after playing one of the Baseball trainings when I first got it, but now I'm getting used to it.

Definitely normal. What I found is that it hurts about the first two times and then you play and it doesn't hurt at all!
