It depends how rough and what game you play. Wii games are mostly physical games. It's like going to the Gym and getting a work out so I would say yes. It is normal. Just take it easy before you end up with an injury as many already have.

wow, so you don't get off the couch much, eh?

lol. i went christmas shopping the other day and was sore the next day from carrying bags! when you don't get a lot of exercise, any kind of intense movement over a long period of time will make you sore.

Its very normal to be soar. When I first got the game I was in pain the nxt day. It gets better as u get used to it.

Blushing, I have to say yes. How do I know? Went to the pub with friends, played a silly shooting game for 2-3 hours, you know, holding that revolver straight out, nothing to it. Next day, I can barley raise my arms to comb my hair....I need to get more exercise.

Omg yess! Me, my sister and my two cousins all woke up reeally sore after playing the wii all night. We hurt soo bad. It was hilarious though. Ik u wont do this but strech b4, i guess that will help... idk cuz i havent stretched before.

well maybe you should go out and really play tennis.Playing video games for 6 hours is fun until you miss something or you get bored .Try going out and playing for the day and play wii at night.But i guess if you not physiclly fit , yes that can happen
