It depends on how high you SOAR?

Don't soar too high, that could really make you sore!!

Yes, if you are not fit or you have not been moving the muscles you have been using while playing Sports You can get a little sore, my hubby has trouble staying off it and complains about being sore the next day too. Have you tried the training and age rate areas of the game yet?

hehe same thing happened to me. i got the wii about a year ago cuz i was being good and i played all day long. the next day at p.e i was like, owwwwww and my friend was all whats wrong? and i was in pain for a loooooong time. basically if you dont REALLY play baseball or tennis all day and then you do it on the wii its the same thing. you get sore from working out. WOOOOO FEEL THE BURN BABY!!!!!!

yes, b/c chances are you have not been very active, therefore the excessive use of certain joints and muscles added with your body not used to taking in the proper amounts of oxygen generates lactic acid in your muscles which you will precive as soreness. therefore, the only way to play your wii sports and not be sore is to get in shape....which you can do by continuing to play

My arm has been sore for 3 days from playing wii sports. I got too into it.

My shoulders are killing me. I have to lay back to play Mario Galaxy.

yeah probably. i mean, i played with my friends wii sports, and my shoulder killed for like 2 days.

yes its very normal...ull get used to it and after a while when u play the sports more and more u shouldnt get sore anymore

omg yes.i got a wii and wii sports fr chistmas and layed for like 9 hours and i ached. yes its nirmal. same with me..its normal

Don't worry, I think it can be normal to be sore if you are using muscles you're not used to using, or doing motions your body isn't used to. My friends and I had a Wii sports Boxing tournament and my arms were so sore the next day because my body wasn't used to that sort of repetitive motion. You're not alone!
