Default Problem with Nintendo Wii! *Please Help*?

Well, I recently bought a copy of "Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3" and popped it into my Nintendo Wii. I played it for two days, and turned it off during each night. Tonight, I was trying to get the disc out of my Nintendo Wii, and when I turned it on and pressed Eject, it just made that Whirring sound it makes when it is ejecting the disc, except for about three to four seconds, and nothing came out. I checked to see if the Wii was empty, but the disc is in there. The Nintendo Wii won't eject my disc. Please help me with this matter, as I can't play Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games, Wii Sports, or any of my other Wii games. D= Please help!
Well, actually, I just tried it again, and I shook it this time a little, and the disc began to poke out at the bottom, so I grabbed it at my opportunity. Thinking it was fixed, I placed Super Smash Bros. Brawl in the Wii, and I had to repeat the process. Is there anyway I can get my money back and buy a new Nintendo Wii? (I'd lose all my data, though >.>)
Thanks for all your suggestions, I hope I don't have to resort to these (Although I just extended the warranty on my Wii for 90 more days by registering it on Nintendo.com o_0) But, hopefully, when I get up tomorrow morning, It will work. I've had defects in my game systems that have fixed overnight before, maybe they will again....
.....WAIT....I think I found out the answer. I checked my DBZBT3 disc, and I found out it was slightly bent. I sort of nudged it back to normal, and now it works. I'm hoping that was it anyway...

I would still talk to Nintendo just in case. What ususally happens is this.

1. give them a credit card number and it be ship to you in two days. (after if it can be fix) or they send a new wii which ever one that works.

2. it wont charge you but it is the only way to make sure there "safe"

The Wii is the BEST game console ever for starters!

Call this number 1800-255-3700

It's their hotline. You can talk to someone about or have them fix it for free/ little cost.
