what are these 3 games on the 2008 Virtual Console calendar from Nintendo Power?

And also, what console system are they for? 2nd row from top, 2nd column from left.... F-Zero for GC? 2nd row from top, 1st column from RIGHT.... ??? ..... Other than something either for turbografx16 or Genesis, no clue. 3rd row from top, 1st column from RIGHT.... Wave Race 64 for n64?

The first one is F-Zero for the N-64. I didn't have that system for long, but i believe that game was only available in japan because it required a N64 HDD attachment.
I'm not sure about the second one, but it would be odd if the third is wave race because that has been on VC for months now.
