I'm looking for one that's pretty good and/or at a cheap price. Basically what's the best one to use, any price, and what's the best one to use but is pretty cheap. I'm still somewhat deciding between these two: HD PVR ( I think that's what it's called) and Dazzle DVD Recorder. If Dazzle is really good which one should I get? ( platinum, regular, etc.) I might wanna post up tutorials, montages, funny failures, and maybe helpout my clan on Halo 3 when I get good at making videos and putting them up on Youtube.

that right there is dazzle quality, not in hd, i am looking to get an hd capture card aswell, the dazzle is not hd, so if you wanna play and record in standard, than the dazzle is good, but if you want to play and record in high definition, i would go with either the hauppage hd pvr or avermedie avertv usb hd dvr,
both really expensive though, the one i have is around 70, the other two can get up to 200 dollars
