it has better graphical capabilities.
it has better exclusives (Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted 1 and 2, God of War 1, 2 and 3, Heavy Rain, Final Fantasy XIII Versus, Resistance 1 and 2, Ratchet and Clank, inFamous, Killzone 2, Demons Souls, MAG, LittleBigPlanet and more)
It has free online, and its not that much worse than Xbox Live
