Ok this is really weird. i have xbox live and when i try to sign in it works but my dashboard just has a picture of the consle and with a ring around it like waiting and it wont sign in. But them sometimes it does. what can i do. Thanks.

that means its just loading, sometimes when servers are full or interrupted it times out and doesnt stop, other times it will do it for a little bit and then immediately sign you on. Are you on Xbox live and going back to to dashboard when this happens. just check your connections in case.
